We had some after hours fun at Eat Industries' ramen bar in the Hamilton Farmer's Market, during which proprietors Brandon Jackson and Matt Pigeon took us through their ramen-making process and showed us just how much work and attention to detail goes into every bowl. We learned how a broth's complex flavours are built, sampled ingredients, pickled our own mushrooms, mowed back ramen bowls, and got a little tipsy on Asahi and sake! Pretty much the perfect Saturday night.
